Store Policy

In our physical store, we accept payments by credit card or cash, while in our online store, transactions are made through Viva Wallet using a credit or debit card.
Our policy on product returns is as follows:

  1. Proof of purchase
    • With every purchase, the customer must always receive a legal receipt.
  2. Product Returns
    • Product returns are only made in the form of an exchange.
    • Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
    • For the return of products, the proof of purchase or the exchange/gift card provided at the time of purchase is required.
  3. Exchange of Products
    • No refunds are allowed.
      Customers can only exchange the returned product for another product of equal or greater value.
    • All returned products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
